We're Imploding

With allies in enemy ranks, GIs in Iraq are no longer true believers
"In 2003, 2004, 100 percent of the soldiers wanted to be here, to fight this war," said Sergeant First Class David Moore, a self-described "conservative Texas Republican" and platoon sergeant who strongly advocates an American withdrawal. "Now, 95 percent of my platoon agrees with me."
What are we doing to the entirety of the mideast? What more damage can we do to our position within the world community, already so dreadfully wrecked? Most important, what are we doing to our soldiers and when will we concede defeat and stop consigning them to death over this consummate failure?

I'm not scared of anything terrorists could do here anymore - what I fear most is that my country, which I love dearly, is dismantling every scrap of respect it ever had worldwide, then turning around and eating it's own.

My abject hatred of the Bush Administration and every motherfucker that supports them grows stronger every day - blogging it is my only weapon to keep me sane.
