Geez, what else. I recently found out that the guy I had a crush on throughout high school got married. I'm happy for him, of course, but still - it left me with that sick feeling in the pit of my stomach.
Still no new baby - but then again, the longer she waits to come is more time for her to grow and be healthy and more time for the construction on the house to be completed and us to get in there and paint, clean, and move furniture. It's crazy - there is no more office at home, both the office, dining room, and entranceway are storage units. Which is kinda funny...
Pac & Jilt came up here to hang out last night for a bit, and I finally got to give Pac the cd's I burned for him. It made me extremely happy that he actually knew some of the oldies I had burned for him. I told him that he had to dance to "At Last" by Etta James at his wedding for me. He listened to it and agreed. I cannot wait to see that happen. Next I'm burning 9 Pink Floyd cd's for him.
This upcoming weekend is Riverfest, I'm going to be there Friday & Saturday for work. I'll be there with Bob & Sheri on Saturday afternoon, which is fine considering I'm a fan of their show.
Jesus H. Christ on a rubber crutch! I just saw the most amazing thing! I'm looking out the window, and there's a squirrel running across the street with a goddamned chicken leg in its mouth! DUDE - we have some ghetto-ass squirrels in Columbus! BITCH HAD A CHICKEN LEG!!
I think that's about it for now. I'm looking forward to my nap later - if I'm unconscious, I'm not in pain.
