Please read this RIGHT NOW!

If you're reading this, then I sincerely hope you will take this and pass it on in the spirit with which it was written.

It has been a long, trying week. We are all stressed, overworked, frayed, and in some respect or another unhappy or dissatisfied. Some of us are worrying ourselves to death over things we have no power to change, and some of us are grieving over death in one respect or another. We're needy, we're hungry for something just out of reach, we're hoping someone will notice and validate us and our struggling. We need a break, we need to be alone, and conversely some of us need interaction.

I for one have had enough of this bullshit.

What we all need is a really good hug.

I'm not a man of faith, I do not believe in God or any form of higher consciousness. That having been said, I do believe in energy - and I send as much of mine as I possibly can to each and every one of you that need it. I'll will that of myself all day, but on one condition. You must each take a moment for yourself to dismiss all of the negativity in your life, and thank the universe for getting you to this point. You must try and pick at least two people today to either give a hug to or tell that you sincerely appreciate all of the things that they do for you. Tell them for the best reason possible - no reason at all. If it's something you need, give it away to someone else first and let it come back to you, because only then will you be truly worthy of it.

I've made a decision that no matter what happens today, I'm grateful for all I have and everyone that sustains me.

There is never a right time.
There is never a perfect time.
There is ALWAYS a better time.

And in the words of my friend daisy_down:
"Life is not what you see, but what you've projected. It's not what you've felt, but what you've decided. It's not what you've experienced, but how you've remembered it. It's not what you've forged, but what you've allowed. It's not who's appeared, but who you've summoned. And it's not where you've been, but where you're going.

And this should serve you well, beloved, until you find what you already have."

My love and energy to everyone that needs it, be kind to yourselves today and make it contagious. It is simply a matter of will!
