I'm going biking tonight to Hamilton Station and back. I'm going to do at least three laps while I'm there. I feel inspired by something I saw on television to do something for myself. I'm filling up my Camelbak, making an MP3 cd to listen to in my player, and leaving once everyone gets home and has dinner. I'm going back to at least four days a week of biking. I cannot take looking and feeling like his and doing nothing to fix it. Doing the vegetarian/little to no sweets thing is just not enough. I also have to get some color on this skin, I'm so pasty and white that I'm fucking pale blue.
