I wish stuff like this was closed-captioned or subtitled (it's just noise to me) so I can use it when fundies get in my face. I may not hear well but my speech is perfect.

Are there any groups out there captioning videos? I haven't ever tried but I have often thought it would be handy. Most of the time I watch movies with the subtitles on because I find it easier to understand the plot when I can read it AND watch it.

:)

the National Captioning Institute (NCI) handles broadcast programs including public TV, and sometimes businesses will subtitle online demos of their products, but the short answer to your question is no. Indie filmmakers, public access television, and smaller-budget films usually don't have the funding to have captions embedded into their productions.
