The Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.

Stop making me laugh...LOL
31st-Jan-2008 03:45 am (UTC) - this window has a blind spot
I feel badly all my words went into the blind spot slot.

I took a Myers Briggs test today at work for a supervisory seminar I am taking -- the test has not yet been scored but I am expecting some new category to be created just for me. Man, some of those questions made me feel conflicted. I fear the code I will get will somehow be a four letter code for "this bitch is fucked up so call security now."

It's only a guideline, love - you cannot take these things to seriously. You know yourself better than anyone, and besides - all in good fun.
