D'OH!



For the second time in 20 minutes, the tornado warning sirens have gone off. Not to worry, we're in a safe location. It's gonna be a LOOOOONG night, but I'm loving the storm view from our ginormous windows!

Did I mention that even though the wind and rain are louder than hell, D is sound asleep? Our bedroom is in the safest area of the loft (center of the building), so worse case scenario still looks good for us.

* AT 1230 AM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZED HAIL...AND DAMAGING WINDS UP TO 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 12 MILES WEST OF COLUMBUS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO FORT BENNING...COLUMBUS...FORTSON AND CATAULA.

A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 100 AM EST FRIDAY MORNING FOR WEST CENTRAL GEORGIA.
