Firday I saw Jennifer Nettles, she put on a great show as usual. Met the new bassist and drummer who replaced Wes & Brad, they seemed like very nice guys. They played a little nervously, but still it seemed like they had been playing with Jenn much longer than they had. It was their second gig with the band.
Then lo and behold, in walks Cunt-Whore (who, I might add, is as big now as a Buick and I LOVE it because she's so fucking vain she probably thinks this post is about her - don't you? DON'T YOU??) which kind of set my mood for the remainder of the evening while I hoped it would get better but no, wait a minute... is that Paige walking in and tugging on my sleeve? It can't be! Krishna H. Vishnu, she's coming over here to tell me something! Something she mistakenly thinks I'm going to listen to! ACK!!
The show was fun otherwise, though.
I worked Saturday & Sunday, so I'm a little run down this morning as I never got any real sleep last night - at least it doesn't feel like I did.
Nothing else to report, really. I'm looking forward to getting home today and being lazy until Maggie brings me the part I need to fix the washing machine. I might even turn the ringer off of the phone so I can avoid the telemarketers and the 2,845 rude ass slacker friends of Nathan's who do not understand that he has a fucking job and is not home before 7PM you fucking mouth-breathing, non-listening, white-as-arctic-snow-yet-talkin'-like-a-thug-gangsta, skank-dating, Hilfiger and Puma wearing, bleached hair having BITCHES!
We (Damien and I) are meeting Uncle Frank & Rhonda at their new shop, Angelfire Glassworks to discuss the layout for their webpage. They have a lot of really cool stuff. The shop is located in the Everything Musical shopping center, in between Chili Thai and O'Shea's Pub. Then I'm going home and being lazy some more until it's time for me to go to bed.
